Our coffee journey began in Nicaragua and continues through coffees and relationships connected to Guatemala, Burundi, and Tanzania — with small-batch roasting that honors each bean’s natural flavor and growing region.

We believe coffee should honor origin, respect the people connected to its production, and stay connected to the communities where it begins.
Omnidegradable® coffee bags
We use packaging made with Omnidegradable® additive technology — a blend of organic compounds designed to help break down long-chain plastic molecules in the presence of microbes, allowing them to be further consumed over time.
These materials have been tested against ASTM D5511-18 for anaerobic biodegradation and ASTM D6691 for aerobic biodegradation in marine environments.
It’s one more way we try to reduce impact beyond the cup.

Rich bold flavor! This coffee is the best for dark roast lovers. I highly recommend trying it! I will definitely order again.
Difficult to find whole bean decaf. This is my go-to. Like it so much I give it for gifts.
Quite simple -the ordering process is efficient off of the user friendly website, the packaging and correctness of the order was as expected. Nothing fancy...simply order - receive - repeat!
The roast and quality of bean that I consistently receive from Santa Martha is wonderful. I have never experienced tasting a burnt bean from hurried or overdone roasting and greatly appreciate the care and value SM places into their process. Santa Martha Cafe provides an excellent cup of coffee with care and value to what they do which is a natural to get behind and support.
Really tasty. I got the Ground Guatemalan Honey Processed. I have to put a little less creamer in my cup in the morning as its a bit on the weaker side. I'm gonna toss it into my grinder for another 30 seconds.
Otherwise the taste is phenomenal! Recommend!
